This took me 15 weeks, and I’ve got another 30lbs to go until I reach my goal. I never thought I could do this, doctors have always told me that I couldn’t lose weight. I have drastically changed so many parts of my life to be able to prove them wrong… Who knew it could work?!Also, Insanity is the best thing I have ever done, EVER.
